best read lately:

Thomas Sugrue’s Origins of the Urban Crisis: Race and Inequality in Postwar Detroit offers a broad range of facts, knowledge and thoughts concerning the link between racial discrimination and economic opportunity in Detroit following the years of World War II. Although it isn’t the typical genre i prefer to read, (and i was assigned this book for a class), i found Sugrue’s thoughts very intriguing. This book inspired my post: Economic Discrimination
